How enquiry information is used

Website name: Libo With You. This notice covers the site's Start a Trip Enquiry form, the Libo Travel Quiz and basic visitor analytics.

Page language

Your manually selected language is saved locally in this browser. Otherwise, the site matches the language reported by your browser to Chinese, English, Korean or Japanese. This preference only controls page language; it is not an analytics identifier and is not linked to enquiries. Links with a language prefix keep their specified version.

Information to enter

You can enter a planned departure date, group size, enquiry topic, contact method and WeChat ID or phone number. The departure date may be left blank. During the current browser session, the site temporarily stores the first page path, campaign identifier and recognisable source channel. On submission, these are saved with the request to understand which guide or campaign brought the enquiry. The site does not read search terms or save full external referring URLs or search queries in enquiry records.

How the Libo Travel Quiz uses answers

The six answers are used only in your current browser to generate travel suggestions and may be temporarily saved in that browser session. They are not uploaded to the enquiry dashboard. Viewing the full result does not require contact details. When you continue from a result to the enquiry form, it shows the carried-over result type, group size and enquiry topic so you can check or edit them first.

Only after you actively consent to the stated information use and submit the enquiry form will the site save your result type—Unhurried Wanderer, Forest Recharger or Scenery Collector—with the enquiry details you confirm, for the local contact's reference. It does not save the six original answers. The quiz offers travel-preference suggestions, not a psychological or medical assessment.

Basic visitor analytics

To understand which pages visitors find useful, the site counts public-page views and daily browsers. Analytics sends only a random event ID, a random browser ID, an allowlisted page path and a normalised source category, such as a direct visit, the Libo Travel Quiz entry or a search engine. It does not send full referring URLs, URL query parameters, search terms, quiz answers or contact details. Analytics records do not store IP addresses and are not linked to enquiries.

The random browser ID is saved locally in this browser and replaced daily using Shanghai time. If local storage is unavailable, session storage or current-page memory is used instead. The site does not use device fingerprinting, advertising tracking or cross-device identification, and respects browser Do Not Track (DNT) and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. Dashboard pages, unknown pages and identifiable bots are excluded. Hidden or prerendering pages do not send page-view records. Analytics is handled separately from enquiry-form consent, and analytics failure does not affect the quiz or enquiries.

The server stores only a SHA-256 value derived from the day and the random browser ID, not the original reported browser ID. Analytics events are retained for a rolling 90 days using Shanghai dates. Expired analytics data is removed during subsequent analytics writes without affecting enquiry records. Each daily browser can contribute at most 200 page views.

The daily browser count is an estimate, not an exact count of people. Different devices or browsers may be counted separately. Storage limits, privacy settings, network failures and bot detection can also affect the figures.

What it is used for

Your entries are used only to identify this Libo travel request, reply to the enquiry, coordinate services with relevant local contacts and count enquiries brought by different site content. The enquiry form does not collect ID-card or passport details and does not automatically charge you or place an order.

Who can view it

Enquiry records are stored in the website dashboard. Authorised staff review them and pass the travel request to the appropriate local contact. Public pages do not display the contact details you enter.

How to request a correction or deletion

To amend or withdraw this enquiry, give the enquiry reference and your specific request when the local contact reaches you. Before you receive a reply, keep the reference shown on the successful-submission page for later checks.

Check before sending

By submitting, you consent to the site processing the necessary information described above for this enquiry. The actual service provider will further confirm availability, costs and change or cancellation terms.
